Simona is a single woman in her 30’s.
Her birthplace is Romania.
She is a certified electrician.
She is a 2002 graduate of the School of Missions from Christ For The Nations.
She is the daughter of a Romanian pastor. Her father had a vision for his church to send out missionaries to the
world. He led his church in prayer for several years, asking the Lord to raise up missionaries from their
congregation.
As a result, Simona was the first missionary her father reluctantly sent out from his church.
Simona has been in Mozambique, Africa, for 2 years. She has been tenaciously growing a children’s ministry;
educating adults to minister to children and presenting the Gospel with fun activities to children as well. Her
ministry is the first of its kind in this impoverished nation.
Simona is based in Inhaminga, Mozambique, and works under the leadership of seasoned Missionaries, Rod
Ellie Hein, in their organization Afrika Wa Yesu, meaning Africa for Jesus.
