Tamara Battiste is a single young woman in her late twenties. She is from Ontario, Canada. Tamara is a 2003 graduate of the School of Missions at Christ For The Nations.

In the past several years Tamara has ministered in Mozambique, Africa, many times. Her heart was captured by the plight of the poor she encountered there and she has made it her passion to return to Mozambique, joining Iris Ministries led by Roland and Heidi Baker.

She will be Heidi Baker’s fulltime assistant.
