What is unfolding in Israel was spoken about by Jesus in
Matthew 24:6 (TPT): “You will hear of wars and revolutions on every side, with more rumors of wars to come. Don’t panic or give in to your fears, for the breaking apart of the world’s systems is destined to happen. But it won’t yet be the end; it will still be unfolding.”
Fear and panic in large-scale proportions are unfolding in the world, but there are specific instructions from Jesus, Himself, NOT to give ANY place for them to infiltrate one’s mind or heart. These scriptures prove to combat any urge to give in to fear or panic concerning all the events developing throughout the world:
2 Timothy 1:7-8, “God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love and self-control. So never be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor be embarrassed over my [Paul’s] imprisonment, but overcome evil by the revelation of the power of God.”
2 Thessalonians 3:16, “Now, may the Lord, Himself, pour into you His Peace in every circumstance and in every possible way, The Lord’s tangible Presence be with you all.”
And yet what is also unfolding, in EPIC magnitude, is the Kingdom of God in power, in love, in self-control, and in peace through His supernatural Presence. Evil that has been concealed is progressing and advancing on the world’s stage. But, in these moments, peace and courageous confidence can be experienced through the victory Jesus already won!
John 16:33 – “And everything I taught you is so that the peace which is in me will be in you and will give you great confidence as you rest in me. For in this unbelieving world, you will experience trouble and sorrows, but you must be courageous, for I have conquered the world.” Stand courageous because peace rests in His complete victory.
